Q: How Do i confirm my appointment?
A: There are two easy ways to confirm your appointment. The first one is by simply going to the Login icon on the top right corner of our website and logging in. All the previous and future appointments will be registered there. The second one is by calling, texting or emailing us and we will confirm the appointment for you.

Q: Can I book a reoccurring cleaning?
A: Absolutely! We encourage weekly cleaning for your home or apartment. It is scientifically proven that bacteria and viruses stay on surfaces and can be easily removed by a disinfectant. Call Me I Clean offer eco-friendly, pet friendly and regular products to keep you and your family safe. To book a reoccurring cleaning simply call, text or email us.

Q: How to cancel or reschedule a cleaning?
A: It's unfortunate that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. But we understand that life can be unpredictable sometimes. We offer FREE 24 hours cancelation. However, if you have to cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours of your next booking a fee will be applied. Call, text or email us for more information.
